Review of Intra Day Sensex Prediction Monday September 19, 2005

Our Prediction for Monday, September 19 2005 was

"Sensex likely to display even more volatility than last friday. In morning first session ( 10-11.50 am-approx) good rise/recovery after a strong dip is possible. Another strong correction followed by strong recovery may span the middle( 11.50- 1.40 pm) and last session ( 1.40pm -3.30pm) . However sensex may lose much of its recovery/gains by end of day."

What Happened

Review: This was a really good prediction. All four strategieswould have fetched huge profits. Dips ( over 35 points )and recoveries happened as predicted .The only aspect which proved wrong was that even though sensex lost more than 45% of gains in late afternoon as predicted it recovered someof those gains in dying minutes of trade. Additionally most of our scrip prediction turned out to be money spinners.( see review of scrip level predictions)
