Some Guidelines for interpeting Day predictions
Langauge can often be confusing and misleading and in our case may even lead to erroneous decisions. Hence this piece clarifying use of certain terms etc that are often used ( or not used) in making predictions.
1. "Fall" means sensex will go down at least 25-30 points compared to value attained in preceding minutes. " Fall" does not mean sensex will go down below preceding day's value of Sensex. Conversely we use "rise/recovery" to mean rise and recovery from any dip in sensex during a pre-specified time of the day ( irrespective of whether sensex is above or below preceding day's closing value)
Hence the purpose of using fterms such as "fall" or " recovery- rise" is to predict the approximate shape of Intra Day sensex chart ( the ups and downs) in such a way that profitable trading stratgies can be applied.
2. We rarely predict whether sensex will close above or below preceding day'' closing value.
For most intra day trading purposes this may be unnecessary.
3. We have recently started predicting for only experimental purposes whether Sensex will open positive or negative in the opening minutes of (morning) trade. ( is it really useful to know that?)
4. "Mid day" on a normal trading day means approximately 11.30 am to 12 noon.
5. Not all the implications of our prediction is reflected in our recommended Intra Day Strategies. You can often use Intra day Predictions to make new or modify our recommended strategies.
