1. Ganguly will continue to retain captaincy of the Indian Cricket team. ( 54)

2. Britain’s PM Tony Blair would win if elections were held in the first half ( January –May 2005) of year and definitely lose his position if elections were held in the second half of the year ( 28)

3. In the Birla Lodha battle of Wills, wits will favour Birlas and they will have a lot to cheer about in the second half of the year .(82)

4.Sensex will show no signs of reaching 9K or 10K but will easily cross 8K inspite of today’s sharp fall ( January 5, 2005) - (86).

5. Indian cricket team performance in 2005 will be no better than previous year except for a brief period when they will dazzle. (88).

6. The Ambani/Reliance Group will split in 2005 and ownership issues clearly defined. The division may seem unfair and Anil is likely to start a new venture with large financial help/compensation that may accrue (99).

7. Aamir Khan’s movie on Mangal Pandey will not be a great success if it is released this year, (which is unlikely).

8.Monsoon in India will be delayed and come with a great force when it does come (33)

Next Big one day slide of Sensex by Tarot

Based on Tarot we believe that next biggest single day slide in Sensex of these remaining five months of year 2005 could come inthe month of November specifically between Oct 22- Nov 22, 2005. Date is difficult to mention but watch out for some weekly forecasts that will give better forewarning.

Prediction of S.Lanka-India Final ( contd)

After my prediction on above last night ( see below this post) I thought of adding three other points to whole set of predictions

1. There could be a crucial/controversial umpiring decision in a critical/last stage of game

2. If India bats first, close loss is possible

3. The fourth S Lanka bowler could be prove to be a big liability for Lanka ( in case no Lanka bowler takes four or more wickets)

The final of teh Indian Oil Cricket Tri-series between India and S.Lanka will be played tomarrow ( 9 th August ). What will be the outcome of the match . We have attempted to crystal gaze. we think these predictions have more likelihood of turning out to be true if India end up bowling first.(and assuming no rain wash out!!!!)

1. India likely to make goo dstart with bowling and S Lanka may lose early wickets ( at least two)

2. One S.Lanka bowler could take four or more wickets.

3. It is likely to be a well fought close match- go to the wire

4. One batsman, probably fifth batsman could stand up for India and put up a tough fight.

5. India may win by just 1 wicket ( less probable is a five wicket win)

I repeat this prediction is valid only if India bats second.

Baidu stock: Safe to invest or hold? by Tarot

Stock of chinese internet search company Baidu saw a whopping increase on debut last friday at NASDAQ and closed nearly $123. Will it continue to run up from these levels and till what time? These questions are being answered by use of Tarot cards and readers/investors are required to use their discretion and use other data before making any decision.

1. Will it move up in short term over next three weeks?

Cards indicate that it will move up further till part of this week before profit booking kicks in by end of this week or early next week. In our previous posts ( see under previous posts on Discovery) we mentioned about our emails to NASA predicting crises that Discovery will go through based on use of Tarot cards.

The question is- will Discovery land safely with all the crews?

Discovery Space Mission & Numerology

We thought of doing a numerological analysis of Discovery Space Mission ( see our letters to NASA under "previous posts" ) in view of crises it has gone through. In numerology numbers 4 and 8 are numbers of destiny as mentioned in another recent posting and these numbers are known to be "troublesome". Surprisingly we found Discovery Space Mission has abundance of these numbers.

1. Commander Eileen Collins: Number 8
2. First planned flight date: July 13=4
3. Actual date of flight: 26 July=8
4.Time of flight: 10.39 EDT=13=4
5.Time period of Mission= 13 days=4
6.Date of return: 8 August
7. Discovery took off exactly 13 days (=4) on July 26 after it first scheduled date ( July 13)
8. I was hoping there would be only 8 astronauts aboard making it our eight observation but there are actually nine in the NASA pictures!!!

Is it just coincidence that Discovery has been through such a crises?

Sensex in this week ( August 1-5) by Tarot

Cards seems to indicate that market could do quite well end of this week ( read Thursday/Friday) assuming rains does not shut off stock markets as predicted by MET Dept( I mean the rain prediction in Mumbai).

At the very least we expect the top line stocks of Sensex to do well end of the week.

Sensex in August 2005- Clarifications

Let me make the prediction about Indian stock market in August 2005 more succinct.
1. Sensex by end of August ( or August 20-21,2005) likely to be higher than July closing ( 7635) .
2. First twenty days good, within this the first ten days possibly better
3. Last ten days likely to the "worst" part of August 2005.
4. All this consistent with my July 27 and later posts

As mentioned in one of my posts of July 27 2005 ( covering prediction of three stocks: to see those predictions just scroll down or go to right sidebar and click on two posts with subject "three stocks...") we mentioned that stockmarket will continue to do well in the firts half of August 2005.

Re affirming and elaborating on that , we believe on basis of Tarot cards that first ten days will be good, last ten days possibly the "worst" part of August. Last twenty days may be more volatile with downward bias .

Discovery & Space Missions and Astrological analysis

This is the second email sent to NASA on July 18, 2005 ( first email containing prediction is to be found below-just scroll down or check in previous posts in the right sidebar).


Dear Sir

Last week I wrote about the use of astrology and other divination methods and possibility of initiating a study by NASA for increasing safety and improving quality of results from space missions.( and generally on large costly/risky projects)

A robust model of predicting success possibilities/outcomes/degree of success of each major mission can be creating a hierarchy of astrological analysis- starting with astrological study of various mission members, the craft to be used and the possible dates (time period of space mission) of flight. I think this and more improved/innovative models of astrological analysis can be tested because I have built a similar model to predict intra-day swings in the US and Indian stock market indices (added.. and there is no reason why such models cannot be tested on major important projects even retrospectively to begin with).

To increase reliability and faith in such a system, such a hierarchy based analysis can be carried out of astronauts, space crafts and space missions of the past provided it can be insured that participants ( astrologers/ other such experts ) are not aware of certain information.( e.g who died, who survived, in which mission? etc)

Ofcourse such a system will not replace thousand(s) of "scientific" data and variables that go in to planning any major space mission but simply become one more and possibly an important screening device/tool for improving success of space missions.
